Our Beef Herd Programs
We maintain that no two clients are the same, and we pride ourselves on providing scientifically proven beef herd programs tailored to each client's specific production schedule and herd.
Beef Producer Program
- Producers can breed their beef herd to our Fullblood or Purebred Wagyu bulls. In return, we offer a premium to buy back the Wagyu-crossed calves born to our genetics. Whether you sell us Wagyu feeders, fat cattle, or breed your herd to our Wagyu bulls, we got you covered.
Private Breeding and Feeding Program
- For corporations that want to secure their beef sales, we offer reliable private breeding and feeding programs at scale. Our expert team of herd management members, nutritionists, regional buyers, semen sales associates and calf ranch managers works closely with you.
Beef on Dairy Program
- Our Beef on Dairy Program is a breeding and feeding program uniquely tailored to dairy producers' cows serving as surrogates for Wagyu beef cattle. The calves that are born are purchased directly from the dairy and sent to one of our custom calf ranches.
State-of-the-art Technologies
We embraced technology as we move into a highly digitized future, such as cutting-edge Electronic Identification (EID) tagging. We use data daily to continuously improve individual animals' decisions and pasture performance.
Genetics Development and Sales
- We use genetics evaluation systems for genomic information, performance data, and pedigree to establish valuable Wagyu genetic breeding and production traits. We offer semen sales, embryo sales, custom embryo creation, and bespoke distribution of their genetics.
Fat Cattle and Feeder Sales
- We offer feeder and fat cattle sales to dozens of large and small Wagyu beef companies and producers. We sell young feeder calves for their feeder programs or fat cattle ready to process under their company brand.

Genetics excellence
We use a genetic evaluation system at Superior Wagyu that uses genomic information, performance data, and pedigree to establish valuable Wagyu genetic breeding and production traits.
We achieve this through Electronic Identification (EID) tags which track individual animals throughout their life cycle via an electronic ear tag. The more data for an animal, the better we can determine its genomic relationships and improve the accuracy.
Superior Wagyu currently has a bull battery of 570+ bulls available for lease or sale annually, and our prized ultra-esteemed hand-selected bulls are in collection with Select Sires.
We offer semen sales, embryo sales, custom embryo creation, and bespoke distribution of their genetics. We also provide Wagyu starter herds for new ranchers, registered Wagyu and Wagyu bred heifers, and cows for "F1 grade" production. F1 grade has 50% or higher Wagyu genetic content when crossbreeding Fullblood with another breed.
